Smartwatches are a trend in the world lately, and a must-have accessory for everyone. These gadgets don’t just tell time like they used to in the past; they do much more, like making one stand out.

For those losing weight, I recommend a smartwatch because it will serve a vital role; you can never count steps or calories, but this watch can.

For women, allow me to introduce an accessory that can track your menstrual cycle and also notify you of your next period or when you’re ovulating. Take time and find out more about this helpful piece of information.

Watches help your mobile phone in capturing images. They monitor stress, blood oxygen, control calls and music, as well as receive notifications, so you don’t always have to look up your phone from your pockets or bags all the time. Everything is right there on your wrist. Quite an improvement.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am thrilled to brag that I landed on and have been using the Tecno watchPro 3 from Tecno for the past 3 weeks. The Tecno Watch Pro 3 was launched alongside the Tecno Watch3Active on the 19th day of May, 2025, at Computex Taipei in China. The smartwatch boasts several features that are a little more advanced compared to its predecessor, the TecnoWatch Pro 2.

    Features

    • large AMOLED Display

    • Clear Bluetooth calling

    • Bluetooth 5.3

    • 24/7 heart rate monitoring

    • Over 110sports modes

    • More than 160watch faces

    • 250mAh battery

    Build

To start off, I love how beautifully this watch was made. The Tecno Watch Pro 3 features a high-density metal watch case and an ultra-hard glass, letting you experience sophistication with its circular display, which perfectly blends refinement and style. The watch features a smooth and natural interactive 2.5D dynamic effect with a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 2.5D vector graphics processor on a 1.43-inch unchilled touchscreen display that offers vivid visuals.

This is the device’s display at maximum brightness, but under a scorching sun. I also adore its always-on display.

    Watch Dials

The watch boasts AI watch dials that allow you to create unique watch faces utilising image-to-image AI or text-to-image AI. You can also choose from more than 150 dials to fit your aesthetic.

You can also personalise the device by creating dynamic watch faces. I nearly forgot to mention that you can turn your favourite video clips into stunning design watch dials. That feature got me smiling.

    Bluetooth

The Watch Pro 3 packs Dual Mode 5.3 Bluetooth connectivity with LE audio that keeps you connected with Bluetooth calling with the convenience of answering calls directly from your wrist. This is among the features I loved the most, because as you’re hustling vehicle and human traffic, you don’t need to be tasked with another hustle of looking into your bag to find your phone so you can identify who is calling or to answer a phone call. The watch also allows your phone to sync up to 5contacts from your phone book.

    AI Voice Assistant

    Connection

For the purpose of connecting the Tecno watch pro 3 to your phone, you will either scan and be directed to the app, or you can download the ‘My Health App’ on the Play Store or App Store.

This watch is compatible with both iOS and Android, provided that your device supports Android 10 and above or iOS 15and above.

    Battery

The Watch Pro 3 features a 350mAh lithium-ion battery that can take you for up to 14 days on low-power mode and a week on heavy usage. The device can be fuelled from 0 to 100% in one and a half hours. Impressive huh…

    Fitness Features and Sensors

The Watch Pro 3 has 24/7 heart rate monitoring, Sp02 (blood oxygen) monitor, a compass, a sleep monitor, reminders, an accelerometer, a calorie count, and a step count. With you are over 131 sports modes that include: outdoor and indoor running, walking and cycling, hiking, climbing, trail running, climbing stairs, weight lifting, dancing, boxing, rope skipping, taekwondo, among others. You needn’t worry about the sports modes you didn’t set; the watch can automatically recognise a workout and give you a notification so you can either get into workout mode or cancel.

Women’s health is simplified, you can track and monitor your period in advance, predict your cycle, monitor symptoms and stay informed all in one place.

These features combined provide valuable insights into your cardiovascular health, keep a constant check on your blood oxygen levels, respiratory health, etc., ensuring that you stay aware of your health and overall well-being at all times.
